On September 10, 2024, we destroyed your card for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt Number XXXXXXXXXXXXX, because the Post Office returned it as undeliverable to the address you provided. Please go to www.uscis.gov for instructions on how to request a replacement card. If your mailing or residential address has changed, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.
